Cicada Radio is a New Orleans based storytelling collective focused on environmental justice, racial equity, and artistic expression.

 

The Self-Aware Millennial (TSAM)- hosted by J.Mix, a "self-aware" creative from the dirty South, opens the floor to provide a safe space to share wisdom on insightful, soul-searching, and uncomfortable topics of discussion that will nurture our souls and broaden our perspective of other livelihoods.

 

A historic house museum and one of the country's few attractions dedicated exclusively to preserving the material culture of and telling the story of free people of color.

 

The Beaubourg Theatre is a public arts space and arts organization that fosters creative projects, hosts engaging performances, presents new works in the live arts, and offers a range of educational opportunities.

 

The Theatre and Dance Department at Tulane University has a rich and storied history. From the school’s establishment in 1886, the arts have been every present with drama clubs and student organizations paving the way for the eventual creation of a full department in 1937.

 

We are a crisis response organization that brings immediate aid and recovery to underserved communities across the globe.

 

The Mellon Foundation believes that the arts and humanities are where we express our complex humanity, and we believe that everyone deserves the beauty, transcendence, and freedom to be found there.

 

With roots extending over 90 years, the Greater New Orleans Foundation has been connecting generous people to the causes that spark their passion.

NPN is a vibrant network of artists and organizations committed to advancing racial and cultural justice through the arts. We use the framework of a network because it better reflects our values of collaboration, self-determination, justice, and movement building.

 

Founded by a coalition of music advocates in 1998, the New Orleans Musicians’ Clinic is the first medical clinic for musicians, performing artists, and cultural workers in the United States.

 

With youth dance companies, summer camps, and Dance for Social Change, DG creates safe and celebratory spaces in which the lived experiences of youth are truly valued and their unique creative talents are recognized, developed, and celebrated.
